Melody Le Moal heralds from the Clermont-Ferrand area of France. She started ice skating when she was 8 years old.
Melody is known for her exciting combination of ice skating with fire and is also skilled with stilts, motorbikes, and juggling…on ice!
In 2017, ITV announced that Melody Le Moal, who had already appeared in the Dutch version of Dancing on Ice would be a professional ice skater on the return of the UK version of the show.
Melody was originally paired with Monty Panesar, but after his injury in training he was replaced by Lemar.
…Melody has opened a number of rinks for us and is always keen to get involved in the type of projects that we do….
Jordan Cowan is a former Team USA Ice Dancer and cutting edge On Ice Videographer.
In 2019 Jordan became the first ever live TV on-ice cameraman for ITV’s Dancing On Ice and has filmed Olympic-level skating for sports networks in North America, national ice tours, and award-winning documentary filmmakers.
Jordan founded and runs the social media channel “On Ice Perspectives” where he continues to push the envelope with his on ice cinematography. You can follow his work on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
Our Team
Neil Munn BEng(Hons), CEng, MIMechE founded iSkate in response to industry demand for a tailored service, dedicated to supporting clients involved in the design, installation and operation of temporary seasonal Ice Rinks.
Neil is a professional Chartered Engineer and Project Manager who has worked in the Events Industry since 2004.
With a background in both temporary structures and rinks, Neil provides technical oversite and project management from initial concept through to on-site delivery. He is often found on-site, either assisting the build teams or providing support & guidance to the client during the operational phase.
Neil has direct experience on over 120 rink projects, and as well as designing the overall site layouts, designs most of the new technical innovations that our clients increasingly demand as part of delivering an efficient, functional turn-key solution with a high aesthetic.
Neil is a keen sailor in his spare time.

Claire’s has a background in Customer Services and has been working in the Ice Rink industry for the past 5 years. Claire has been involved in many of destination rinks including Canary Wharf, Natural History Museum, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Birmingham and Van Hage.
Claire enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Bee has 9 years experience working in the Ice Rink industry including Westfield London, Nottingham Winter Wonderland, Sky TV HQ and ITV’s Dancing on Ice. Additionally Bee has Project and Event experience outside of Ice Rinks.
Bee has a BSc Business Management Degree and has great people skills in both private and public sector.
Bee enjoys travelling in her spare time.

Mo works full time as Aircraft Engineer but is also an avid skater and joins us each winter season. Mo has 11 years experience within Ice Rinks and has worked at Bristol, Manchester, Nottingham Winter Wonderland, Sky HQ & Scotland, Westfield London and ITV’s Dancing on Ice
Mo has a BEng in Aircraft Engineering and is studying for his Pilot License.
In his spare time he enjoys watching movies/TV Series.

Matt has been skating for over 15 years. He worked as a Team Leader at Hampton Court for two years and is our Site Manager at Dancing on Ice for 2019.
Matt has worked in farming previously which provided good experience for operating re-surfacing machines on the Ice Rinks and maintaining the plant.

Hannah has been skating for 11 years with friend and now colleague, Matt. She joined iSkate in 2019 and has worked at Somerset House and Dancing on Ice this season.
When Hannah is not working with iSkate, she is a room manager at a nursery looking after 2-3 year-olds. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time with friends and family.

Natalie has worked in the Temporary Ice Rink Industry since 2010, initially in ‘Skate Hire‘ at Liverpool One, working her way up to become one of our most experienced Site Managers.
Natalie has extensive operational experience and has overseen the installation and de-rig of a number of sites.
She is a great ‘people person’ and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. Throughout the summer, Natalie works with iSkate on some of our summer projects and with other event companies providing Site Management for Music Festivals.
In her spare time she enjoys walking, climbing, kayaking, nature and just being ‘outdoors’.

Sophi has over 15 years managerial experience within the leisure industry.
Her organisation skills, leadership qualities and ability to think on her feet makes her a fantastic Site Manager. She’s a great people person, who loves working with children and the general public. Sophi managed the Great Yarmouth site for us for two years in a row.
In her spare time Sophi enjoys travelling, kayaking and deep sea diving around the world!

Caoimhe has 8 years experience working in the temporary Ice Rink Industry including Westfield London, SKY HQ, Somerset House and ITV’s Dancing on Ice.
Caoimhe has a BA Hons degree in Criminology and joins us annually for the winter season.
She enjoys socialising and travelling in her spare time.
Caoimhe Boylan aka Keevy

Killian is a member of the Site Management Teams on ‘Live Events’, working as a Project Manager for some of the UK’s best known music festivals. Killian project managed our delivery of the rink into Somerset House this season
He began his career in ‘Live Events’ after completing a BSc in Management and Marketing, working in England, Scotland, Spain and Bolivia.
Killian has a passion for food and he is currently attending a culinary course focused on vegetarian cuisine and global food trends.

Tom has over 10 years rink experience, most recently at Canary Wharf, Tower of London and ITV’s Dancing on Ice. As well as having managed destination rinks, Tom is also one of our most experienced re-surfacer operators.
Tom has been playing Ice Hockey since he was 7 years old, reaching a semi-professional standard. He last played in the Southern Conference.
Tom has a BSc in IT and works in property throughout the summer months. He enjoys going to the Gym.

Alan has extensive experience in the rink industry having worked at Guildford Spectrum Ice Rink for 20 years, with the last 15 years as General Manager.
As with all of our team, Alan is a great people person. He installs confidence in the team and with the client, unselfishly sharing his experience & knowledge.
Alan is currently in our third year of supporting the ITV Dancing on Ice project, calmly meeting the ever-increasing ambitions of their Production & Special Effects Teams on top of the day-to-day management of a complex site.
Alan enjoys spending time with his family and also works as an event medic in his spare time.
